MONTHLY RATES:

For electricity usage, THB 5 per unit will be charged.
(Approximately THB 1,500-3,000 per month depending on consumption).

Linen change and room cleaning: charged THB 150.

SECURITY BOND:

2 months' rental must be paid in advance. 1 month's rental will act as a security bond for the duration of the contract.

The security bond will be returned in full at the expiry date of the rental term.

In the event of damaged equipment or unpaid bills, the appropriate amount shall be deducted and the remainder returned. If the rented furniture or equipment has been lost or damaged, the tenant shall be held responsible for such damage or return the furniture or equipment in workable condition.

A telephone line with a dedicated number is provided in SUPERIOR and DELUXE rooms. Domestic & international phone calls can be placed through pre-paid PIN code service (at same/similar rates as/to standard calls). Minimum 6 month rental agreement and a security bond of 10,000 baht are required to make standard International Direct Dial calls.

A telephone line is available in STANDARD rooms with minimum 6 month rental agreement and a security bond of 10,000 baht is required.
